Healings: Wear comfortable clothes, come with an open heart and know that the healing is for your best interest and highest good. During the session you will be asked to simply relax on a massage table and allow the healing to happen while I channel in the messages to heal you mentally, physically and spiritually.

Readings: Come prepared with your most important questions or areas of your life that you are seeking guidance in.  All readings are done in love and light while contacting your Guides and Angels, crossed over loved ones and your higher self.
